I know I have sang the praises of Payplan many times previously but they have now really p1ssed me off. Since last week they have been calling my mobile and leaving text messages for me to contact them, today has been my first opportunity and I have spent the best part of one hour on 3 occasions on hold for them. When I finally got through there is nothing wrong or important they just wanted to flog me some car insurance. F' in' barstewerds- a bleedin' day wasted waiting for them to return my call when I left a message with them.0

Have picked some more testing strips up from the chemist on a repeat prescription and I need to book an appointment with my local Dr's as they want to see me. I am really bored of this now and fed up of making myself bleed six times a day and just want some white toast with butter and full fat coke.
Hi Jim, i have read often but not posted before.
My DD is diabetic, and we found that a few things help when she is feeling like you are.
glucose drink and digestive or even plain toast- means she can maintain BG level. Remember though that glucose drinks come down as quickly as they raise Blood sugar levels, so in a while you will learn to listen and recognise the signs..it's hard at first and will take a while. I know white bread is a craving, she craves it too- but brown is better for long term blood sugar levels. Although she seems fine with Home made bread and enjoys the odd slice of white.
Her BG monitor is fairly good and has less of an effect on her fingers than others, so i would ask your diabetic nurse if they have any others you can try if the one you have is a problem. She uses Accucheck range- i have tried a couple and i really don't feel them at all-it may help.
Anyway keep going it isn't easy as you have a lot of stress with things in general.
Bob xBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

they know when your renewlas are due and put you in touch with their specillay 2selected" broker to see if they can get you a better deal. They do do it with house insurance as well. Rather than send me a text saying this I just kept getting the standard text of how they are trying to contcat me.
car bill £260+ for the mot. went to pay last night and I had no money in my a/c. shat myself as I thought I had more than enough. Turns out my new lodger hadn't transferred the £400 on 28/01/10 I was expecting- a heated conversation followed and the transfer was actioned. I have had to borrow the funds from my racist pensioner neighbour to pay the bill tonight and then pay the funds back once the funds have appeared in my account.

I don't know how you'd cope with a quiet day Jim - you're out of practice.
Hope you manage to sort everything out.
Is the lodger going to be trouble or was it a genuine mistake? After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91

Genuine mistake- there is no problem and I not worried. What I am p1ssed off about is getting to the garage at 5.45pm with a pocket full of (borrowed) cash to find they have shut up early and p1ssed off to the pub. Now have a massive rush to get there tomorrow at 9am and get to work on time.0 -
