Can't wait for the end of January already.. I seem randomly ok for money at the moment but I've still 3 weeks left boo!! I want to be paid weekly! Here's hoping for some bar work... if I'm not offered any this weekend I'm going to sneakly ask another bar if they're in need of anyone!! Gotta make some money somehow!!!

lets see how I got on last night

Get organised for next weeks finances as I have my payslip already.
If I can get on the PC at home, gonna have a look at matched betting (I'm not stupid - I should be able to understand it!)
Put a load of washing on overnight
[STRIKE]If I can get on PC at home look to see what some perfume I got for crimbo is selling for on ebay!
[/STRIKE] Not sure had a quick look but couldn't be bothered to log on to check completed transactions. Its a big bottle (100ml) so should be worth a little bit I would have thought!)

Oh well - there is always tonight, none of it was important. Just had an attack of the sleeps and went to bed. Will carry them forward to tonight!:D

Have a good day everyone and no doubt I'll be back later!!!

    Hi OBNW!!

Not too sure about inspiration, but you will read a lot of ramblings. I do believe in writing things down as you have to put your thoughts in a logical manner to be able to do so.

I am not currently quashing my debts that quickly - but they are going in the right direction (as in down and not up any more!!). I am hoping that by the end of January I will completely understand my money situation and what has to go where and when and I am hoping that I will be able to reduce the 'weekly allowance' I give myself to live off and start hurling money at my balance!!

We shall see!! (as you can tell I don't get particularly stressed about things... although the oddest of things can set me off!)

What will be, will be - but my debt won't be larger than last November!!

Ooh (for anyone who's interested) .... £20.20 in demi-john now!

Hi Rags - glad you've found me - the more the merrier to help kick my a*se!!:rotfl:

Well I do feel more in control of my situation, just realising that is going to be a long(ish) slog. What will be will be and I'm NO QUITTER! So stayed tuned for more random ramblings.

Oh, I forgot to say that I got 6 free bottles of wine yesterday (yep.... six!!) A thank you from one of my customers who I help out when I can (no, not as seedy as it sounds!! :rotfl: ) So that should keep the edge off the shopping next week.

I have done my budget for the next week and although I have more going out than coming in, I set aside some money last week and I have £30 left in my purse from this week (miraculous I know!) so only need to withdraw £20 to see me through the week ahead and I have bought my OH's b'day pressie for February (god, I am getting organised!)

Gotta go, beds calling -I need my sleeps! Nats x

    Hey hun!!

Exactly where I am at... I spent all my spare pennies last 2 months on presents (don't have a lot spare in the first place and thanks to extended families - I have a lot to buy for).... need to work out exactly what will be spare next month and like you start reducing the allowance on food, etc.

You got the right plan chick - hurling money at the balance!! Way to go :D

:T at free wine - that's always nice!! and Well Done on having money in the purse left over!!!

    Catch ya later alligator

    Hi All!!!

Firstly an update on my to-do list!!!

[STRIKE]Get organised for next weeks finances as I have my payslip already.
    [/STRIKE]
If I can get on the PC at home, gonna have a look at matched betting (I'm not stupid - I should be able to understand it!)

Did some daily clicks last night too.... must have earn't.... oooh, 14p!! :D

So! Getting there slowly but surely!!

    Now for this weeks budget......

    PAYMENTS DUE
    £218.31 (CAR)
    £238.96 (EGG LOAN)

    WEEKLY WAGE
    £340.50

So, as predicted, more going out than coming in .... but for the first time ever, I knew it was going to happen and I have made a provision for it!!

So I am going to withdraw £20 (to add to the £30 I still have in my purse) to cover, cigarettes, diesel and food for the week.:D

Bought OH's birthday pressie online last night. 2 x tickets to see Jethro. He's wanted to see him for ages and I just came across a flyer so thought I would as I could this month. I reasoned (and you're gonna like this!) that if I left it until February (when his b'day is) I would end up panicking and spending more than the £45.50 the tickets cost me. So thats him sorted - might cook a nice dinner for him, but thats manageable.:D

This all means that my OD balance will reach no more than -£629.33 for the week. Self-imposed OD limit for this week is -£640!! So, if I really need to I can use an additional tenner - but I don't see why I should need to!!

Week commencing the 19th Jan I only have £218 in DD's due, so that should leave me £123.50 from my wages to play around with (would really like to see a sub -£600 OD limit) and the week after (26th Jan) I should have a little more as working an extra Saturday.... and I don't think that I have any DD's due that week at all! (will have to check to make sure that I havn't missed something major!) I may have £375 to distribute!!

Have decided to look into getting a second job. Daily clicks and bits just aren't floating my boat at the moment. I have a couple of ideas that I need to look through to see if it would be worth it though. Can anyone tell me what happens to income tax for a 2nd job?

Well, had better go back to work (after having a quick cigarette of course!)

Have a great day and I'll pass by some individual diaries later!!
