I don't think it is so easy to just make it up. The NUS number that we have (for discount purchasing use) is a swipable card. It has to be registered online so that companies can check it in realtime.

My wife is in Adult Eductation Studing for a Diploma, the NUS do not have a precence where she is studing...

In all sences she is a student.. in full time study.. but not sure she can meet he criteria of Apples Eductation rules so not sure if to try it or not...

I wonder how many orders they're getting now... do you reckon it would count as reasonable usage if I said that the reason I want to order another 200 is to set up a ring of cameras to do Matrix-style filming...

Couple of things:

Not sure if it does come with a lens and if it doesn't then then amazon want £500 from you. I know it says "Olympus E-1 Digital SLR + 14-54mm Zuiko digital lens" but the "What’s in the box" section lists suspiciosly ONLY the body. Also there is no memory card included which will set you back about £30. This product was released in Nov 03, making it > 2 years old already - a long time in the digital world

Not trying to rain on your parade but try and keep open minded about it.

P.S. apoligies for asking if anyone had received theirs yet i hadn't realised that this thread only started this afternoon.

if you legible - keep it. It well woth it trust me, it should serve you for years (2 years warranty anyway).
