i ordered mine at about 9 after seeing a post about it

i received both emails

and they took money from my account yesterday

they didnt phone for my sisters teachers number nor has there been any sign about it being cancelled.


However i dont think its gonna happen some how. also have you seen the price of the flashes and aditional lenses for these things. Never knew they were so pricey

I've just been on the phone to Barclaycard, as there is £98.70 (from memory, probably got the digits the wrong way round!) showing as being an outstanding transaction on my account. They confirmed that the amount has been taken, and not just authorised... Tempted to phone Apple now to see when I can expect delivery!

Ordered mine at 1:25pm yesterday. No change in order status since then. Money gone from account, have both acknowledgement and confirmation emails... Watching and waiting!

I called them again this morning to find out what the situation was, because I do actually need this for a photoshoot asap... she said i should have recieved an email about it as they are temp out of stock (nothing new there). she did however say that they were waiting for a shipment of these cameras from daventry... and they have an estimated shipping date of the 7th of jan (could be before that)... not sure if this applies to everyone who ordered or just me? but it could also be them stalling for time haha. who knows, but good luck everyone, I know i really could do with the luck with this one.

Just phoned customer services & they say there is in issue with the price on these (never) so everyone is getting an email at the beginning of the week to try & resolve this. But according to the girl it seems that they are upping the price but to what, that's anyones guess............
