Well it's not like I broke a law buying two cameras, both were paid for and I didn't break any T&C and have my student ID, so even if I bought them for myself I don't see a problem, however, I don't want to be greedier than I am already. I won't complete the letter until tomorrow, btw, for comparisons so far I have got:

http://www.digitalfirst.co.uk/camdetail.asp?ProdID=1173&cat=SLR%20Cameras
The latter being the cheapest0 -
Negotiator: the first link points to a body only site... don't forget we were promised a 14-45mm lens too!comments offered by myself do not constitute (nor do they replace) professional legal advice.0

nah you're right I can't see a link between them this late at night. but i suspect it may have something to do with the VAT rate and whether the discount was calculated before the VAT was added or not if anything.0

Not according to the description I don't think, oh wait, states body only and then:
14-45mm Zuiko Digital Lens (35mm equiv: 28-90mm)
Which I took for saying lens included?!
So confusing. I spent about 10 minutes looking for places which sold the exact bundle and thought I had found two alas no0 -

I have been drafting my letter this evening helped by the advise of a member. I bought two cameras, one for myself and one for the girlfriend. Is it weakness to state I will accept only one in my letter or a good will offer from my part?
Automation is no defence esp coupled with payment.
You should strictly be demanding the relevant loss of bargain only. If I understand it only students could order but they accepted everyones order. I may be wrong on this point as I have not followed the entire thread. If they did not check if you are a student or not when ordering I would not address this issue at this stage. Thus claim the full loss.
Im not going to have the time to post much but what I would say is keep your letters before action brief and to the point and be fully determined to proceed..0 -
wasn't saying that it's an excuse, just that it was a mistake and that it won't end on a positive for anyone who takes legal action (my opinion). the end from me. (mean it this time)0

Most of the mugs that won't let this one lie have not even had the decency to thank the original poster.
What the hell is that all about?Mr. Corleone is a man who insists on hearing bad news immediately0 -
Nice personal comments there, decorum would be nice.
I have now "thanked" the original poster, I didn't know what this feature meant since I have never seen it on any other vB forums0
