ive just filled in the online web survey it gave me lots of opportunitys to tell them what I thought of the whole shopping experience with apple.....

however the fact i got asked to take part makes me think apple is taking the pi.h.....

I am shocked, really thought the E1 is still in production but last week I emailed olympus (UK) and I got this reply today (took them about 1 week to reply- maybe they're in contact with apple and that's why it took so long to reply?):

Dear ***

Thanks for your recent enquiry.

We apologise for the delay in the response to your query. Unfortunately the E1 is now discontinued as it has stopped being manufactured.

You may find some shop stock left in some retailers, however, if the product is not available i'm afraid that may be the end of the line.
