  • I'm sorry you didn't get an interview, I know that you really wanted that job, and i know how it feels when it seems no one is giving you a break (been unemployed since i graduated in the summer :-( ) but cliched as it sounds, everything happens for a reason, and the perfect job will come along for you when you're not expecting it.

    I give in.

I am getting there with OH. It's promising, but the not being sure of us is still eating at me.

My team at work has been blown apart and everything is different.

    I didn't get the interview I wanted.

I am no further forward in paying off debts and having a bit of money set aside to spend on myself.

I am overweight and unhappy about it.

What is the point in all of this?!

The one plus point, I finished reading the sequel to Twilight yesterday and really enjoyed it.

I feel a need for danger and risk (I always play it safe) - the motorbike ride was called off on account of windy weather yesterday.

All in all I am left with a sense of "why bother".

    KT.

ps. I'm beginning to sound bipolar aren't I?!

No answers I'm afraid, but if things are looking positive with OH, it's not all bad. Am happy to join you in de-fatting if you like, the horse has started looking scared when I walk into his stable

How would we go about such a task? I've already radically changed my diet in the last couple of weeks.

I like that plan. We need to find out how much we both need to lose though!

That'll be a secret PM then! and we could put something in our signatures as a bit of motivation, fairly sure if I lose some weight I will better about myself (and fit in my interview suit)

  • KT - Why bother........................

Because your infectious love of life is amazing
You are really committed to your career
    You find time to volunteer
You sound like you have a huge heart
    You are thoughtful and kind
You are often gwfawwing or making us do the same
You are clearly talented, inventive and helpful

And to be honest I like you bothering cos I kinda like you!

I have between a stone and a stone and a half to lose - at my height it looks more like 4stone though - hugs to you

...and everything that Fay said about you is true, why couldn't I have said all that?
