Sometimes the universe has a very wierd way of answering us and there are those looking out for us, perhaps you are both experiencing a pre destined learning curve. Glad someone is listening to your thoughts though and allowed you both to see one another, hope things get back on an even keel soon for you and am glad to know your doing ok.

    Hey everyone,

Sorry for the prolonged absence. I've been taking stock of a few things. I've also been too busy to really think much about anything other than the here and now.

I have decided it's the time in my life to get crazy and wreckless.

I start that be letting my dad take me out on his motorbike tonight (I'm terrified of it) and it continues with me dyeing purple bits into my hair on Saturday. Anyone any ideas of anything else I can do? (I must go and check my 100things list for inspiration - get over my fear of motorbikes is on there.

Things are looking positive with me and OH but it's going to take a whole lot of time. We are closer already I feel. It's strange. He's still not sure of things yet but I'm going to try to not let it affect what should be a fun night out for us on Saturday (if I can seduce him, so much the better...)

I am going to post some song lyrics that seem to sum up where I am right now.

Thank you for all your positive thoughts. I feel them with me and they have given me so much strength (and not in the "Give me strength!!" kind of way)

    Thanks,

    KT. x

    Hallelujah Lyrics
    Artist(Band):Paramore

Somehow everything's gonna fall right into place,
If we only had a way to make it all fall faster everyday.
If only time flew like a dove,
Will god make it fly faster than I'm falling in love.

This time we're not giving up,
    Let's make it last forever,
    Screaming "Hallelujah".
    We'll make it last forever.

    Holding onto patience, wearing thin,
I can't force these eyes to see the end.
If only time flew like a dove,
Well we could watch it fly, and just keep looking up.

This time we're not giving up,
    Let's make it last forever,
    Screaming "Hallelujah".
    We'll make it last forever.

And we've got time on our hands.
    [And we've got time]
Got nothing but time on our hands.
Got nothing but, got nothing but.
    [And we've got time]
Got nothing but time on our hands.

This time we're not giving up,
Oh, let's make it last forever,
    Screaming "Hallelujah".
    "Hallelujah".

That is where I'm at just now. We've got time on our hands (too much time to think) but also, we've got time... Somehow everything's going to fall right into place.

I've loved this song since the first time I heard it. Now I know why. I needed to find it before I actually needed it (if you know what I mean)

  • Hi KT,
I don't really post on here but i'm a regular lurker and I have subscribed to your thread a while back because I just find you so inspiring-you're only 2 years older than me but i'm so impressed with your attitude and ambition and drive-you really seem to know what you want with your career etc. I only wish i had half of your positive attitude, i definitely think i'd be a lot better off.

I was sad when i was reading about your problems with your boyfriend, but once again I have been so impressed about how you have gone about things-it really seems like you and your boyfriend are meant for each other, and that time will definitely help you out.

I've wanted to post loads of times in this thread, but posting daunts me a little, but once I saw that you'd posted up those lyrics I just had to say something. I've been listening to that song looooooads recently, because it sounds beautiful and it was only when i looked up the lyrics for it that i realised how relevant it was to my life right now. It's funny how sometimes when everything seems a little bit of a mess, music is always there to help make things a bit better, and sometimes give us a bit of perspective.

anyway, i'm rambling now, but i had to say something after you posted those lyrics

Sorry things are so rough for you right now KT, you're an amazing person, and I know you will pull through this and be stronger for it. You have ambitions and have done things most people don't even think about, don't forget that.
