XOH is still in bed from his night shift... and is going out tonight to his friends ....So maybe it hasnt changed...

Just ploughing through my avon paperwork now finally.. been trying to do it for days, making most of sarah being quiet while she munches away on her watermelon slices! So will need to clean later... theres watermelon bits everywhere and the highchair (and baby) is dripping in red sticky stuff! :rotfl: :rotfl:

Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp! I really, really, really, really, really want some chocolate but it's 2.5pts out of the 15 I have left for just one bar of Twirl. I'm struggling to ignore it...arrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhh! 2.5 for both sticks I would eat but not just for one as once I open it that'll be it!

And breath...maybe hanging out washing will stop the longing! :o

LL it maybe worth ringing the surgeons secretary and saying that you are happy to come in at short notice for a cancelation as they may then put you in sooner, thinking of you xxx

Cake is in the oven, washing in the machine (getting those mixed up would be fun), and i'm contemplating a HHC. Anyone up for it?

carol Loads of hugs to you.
I think you should e mail your personal tutor and tell them how you are feeling about the work. After my s middle son gave up I found that every unis hav specially trained people to help those who fall behind.
It may be that you have a 'bug'. My DS1 who is 22 was on the phone to me last night and this morning as he feels awful and had a report to hand in by five today. He says he can't think. So I got him to e mail his tutor and they have given him an extenson so he can go back to bed and rest.

I totally agree with what Pink Fairy says about trying to find a club that interests you. And all the other things PF says are really sensible and I hope you will take note and try to do something to make your life easier.

After dreading my weight management meeting I feel happier as I have lost 2kg since last week. It may be because I feel really grotty and can't really face much food, even typing is hurting more than usual. I may take my own advice and go back to bed.

Self affirmation is great, but very hard to do - it means changing the habit of a lifetime doesn't it, and your mind will fight change at every step.

IF there is any way you can do this WITHOUT the wall reminders (It's a private thing to me, so should be private - maybe you can do it in your head, or a small notebook you can keep with you and only get out when you need it) it really helps - we are so used to saying self prophesising (sp?) statements like "I can't do that, I'm useless, why do they like me?" etc... and we never say "I'm brilliant, I can do this, Everyone loves me", etc... and we really should... and we wonder why we question ourselves at every turn :D .(by the way, I'm as bad, was having trouble with 5 things myself, not now, I'm great!!! :rotfl: ) Do you think I've read too many self help books?????

    Exactly...

OOOOH PIGPEN, WHAT HAVE YOU STARTED - WE ARE INDEED ALL GREAT, THANK YOU FOR MAKING US REALISE IT!!!

lol.. I am mean to you all aren't I?? lol
