Hi Rolo, I haven't been on MSE forum for weeks, but have just caught up on your diary. Well done, you should be proud of yourself on all your progress. Thinking of you. x0

Oh dear
I had a call today from my mortgage broker to say that Halifax will only lend me £35,000 as i have not disclosed something that is on my experian account. This is £15,000 less than i need. I explained that i have so i went through it again. The only thing i can see is i put i had a virgin credit card on the application form and on my experian it is called mbna europe bank limited. What a pain, i explained all this to him and emailed him a copy of my experian report.
He says hopefully he can sort it, if not he willtry somewhere else.
Looks like things may be delayed a bit.
Fingers crossed they will get sorted.

What a pain. Hopefully just some excessive bureaucracy and it will all be sorted soon. Take care.0

GOOD NEWS
- Mortgage broker rang yesterday to let me know that Halifax have eventually approved my mortgage
- Soliciter rang and she has my Affidavit from the courts, going to sign that next Wednesday
- First CSA payment went in the bank
Just a case of waiting for the paperwork from the mortgage to come through and it will be all systems go.
I just wanted to share with you all:j rolo-polo1965 :j0 -
