Very glad to hear that, Rolo. I've just spotted you elsethread offering your support to another woman in a similar position - more power to your elbow!
    Cheers

Sorry to butt in, but how much does a divorce cost? Someone i know is thinking of going along that route as it's obvious that her husband doesnt love her anymore(even though he doeant say that) she would walk over hot coals for him. She does everything for him but says she feels more like his mother looking after him than his wife. He never says he loves her unless she says it first. Never comments on how nice she looks when she goes out. Only interested in the bedroom about every 6 weeks. She says she feels it's all one sided. She has confronted him and asked him about his feelings but he just turns it around and tries to blame her.
Once again sorry to butt in, but what advise can i give her?
Things will get better day by day.

Well i've never been divorced (or married!!) but me and OH paid £30 to go to Relate. Maybe she could get on at him to do that?

Nope, i think they even talk to people not in a relationship, if they are having problems getting over their previous relationship or something like that

According to my soliciter most women recieve legal aid to divorce their husbands, then the court costs are £300, but if you recieve legal aid then it costs £75. If you want to know any more PM me

    Good luck

    Afternoon

Not a lot to report, just waiting for the wheels to move and boy they are moving slowly.

He emailed me at the weekend to say he has sought legal advice and if he contests the divorce he will have to pay costs so he is thinking about it. He tells me that whatever he decides he is screwed.

As and when i will let you know
