I agree red shoes are the best.. a very confident colour!! I'm looking forward to wearing them this weekend.. with my new earrings and a black VERSACE dress that I found in a charity shop for £8 last year... it was always a bit on the small size so I haven't wore it yet so excited
I might get my garden into better condition this year - then maybe I can grow things in it next year instead of just window sill herbs.. I'll like a little veggie patch - but it's not really big enough for that!!
I think I'll leave my credit rating alone for a couple of months to see where my money stands - I'm keeping one credit card (for emergencies) I'm thinking that it should be Barclaycard as that's my longest standing one... maybe I can set up a direct debit to pay off the outstanding balance at the end of every month and then buy one item on it a month then? Need to have a think about how to repair my credit rating really!! Any other ideas? I've lived in the same address for 3 years.. have had the same job for 2.5 years... hmmm

i thought my mum was out of order, they were really fab shoes and on sale! and would have looked wonderful under my dress.
well done for being in the black in your overdraft, i've done that a couple of times this last few months and it feels fab.0 -
Woah 4 outfits from bargain accessories! Excellent! & well done on the Versace find. I always find good stuff, but never in my chubby size.
Hoorah for black! The only time red is good is shoes, never in the bank balance.Debt @ LBM 29/12/08 - £49044! Hey - well I had an amazing weekend - so good to catch up with close friends. Could of spent less money to be fair, but I'm still on target for the month. Am having friends round these next 2 days so making a Goan Curry tonight that will last for both nights. Just spent £4 on the ingredients so that's pretty cheap (already have chicken in the freezer!) Am doing the Pizza express free starter and bogof on Wednesday with a couple of friends (2 pizza's between 3 of us) Probably work out about £3 each such a good offer! Think with my spend this weekend though I'm going to be drinking tap water!
Right going to have to be a real money saving week so I have £10 in my purse and that will last until Friday at least!!Debt Free since 2012Current Savings £1,400Current Mortgage £143,398.270 -
woo - just checked quidco and should be getting £10 from go compare quote some point next month. Need to get back on lightspeed and that try and get some extra money! The bar that I sometimes worked in has closed so that's the end of that for definite now! Just realised I haven't been to the gym for about a month - what a waste of £30!

Sorry that the barwork has dried up - head over to the "up your income" board and see what ideas you can find to make a few ££ here and there.....Successful women can still have their feet on the ground.
