If you have internet banking, you shoud be able to request to lower your OD limit online - well saying that, I can on one account, but not on the other, worth a look though!

Spent £4 on lunch today... but got some seeds, plant pots and slow release plant food.. going to grow some chili's and salad hopefully... going for the egg box trick so I don't need to buy a seedling tray.. going to pick up some compost from my sisters, feeling like I need to do some creative things.. going to look into getting a canvas so I can paint something for above my mantlepiece as well!! Almost finished knitting my beret so need something else to keep me busy!

good ideas to keep you busy. I've been planting veggie seeds and keep checking on their progress. i used the egg box trick last year and also the loo roll trick and they both work fine.

What is the egg box trick? I've been planting my seeds in plastic takeaway containers - it's embarrassing how many we have. Is there more to the egg box trick than filling them with soil and shoving your seeds in?
