    Hello everyone.

Can you believe this; I was the one plugging the QVC crafting day and my day didn't go at all to plan and I didn't get to watch any of it!! I taped it all so will find time to catch up.

Well done on your magazine result Rainmac and winning the challenge!

Melissa - The cards on your blog are stunning. I looked at all of the first page and have fallen in love with the covered beige notebook, it is absolutely gorgeous, I love it so much.

Furrypig- how thoughtful of you and what a gorgeously elegant card.

Hello OAP - what a sophisticated card.

Lovely challenge card flourgirl. I don't think I understand how this one works; do we draw our own sketch of anything for a card or do we copy your drawing?

I bought a couple of card magazines today which came with lovely card making packs, will post photos. I also found a card making set in a charity shop, will post a pic of that too.

    Love to everyone,

    Lucy x

Hi Lucy. For the challenge card you use my sketch for your basic design, you can tip it on it's side as furrypig did. You could use an A5 card if you don't want to do a square one. The idea is that we have a starting block and see how many different styles we can all come up with. I have kept it simple so you can feel free to use whatever papers you have and use what ribbons and embellishments you like. You could even choose to do matting and layering of pretty papers. It's up to you how you interpret the basic sketch. HTH.

Here's my card for the sketch challenge, had a lovely time making it last night. It seemed to take ages as I couldn't decide on papers to use and where exactly to stitch the flourish, whether I needed to add any flowers - decided not to but not sure if I should in the top left corner?...

I bought the image from Poppycraft, Rusty shall I send it to you? Also bought the space boy one.
