Thank you all for your kind thoughts, believe it or not I am quite shy about posting my stuff. The shoes are a download that I bought at a US site called www.pccrafter.com when the dollar was good, rather reluctant to buy anything more until the exchange rate is better. You get a lot for your money compared to some digital down load sites and you can get a very good preview with each set. I've even used their freebees that you can get on the site with the HugBug file organiser. The graphics are drag and drop into most software packages and I use mostly MS Publisher 'cos it's dead easy. The papers are all Pink Petticoat and the edge is a Fiskars Threading Water punch.

Melissa, are you asthmatic as you only take paracetamol as that's all I can swallow, so to speak :D ?
Sunrise, I love the baby cards and that is such a sweet idea with the nappy pins, Aww!

What a lovely card THE_WIFE :T Thanks for the link also, I've just downloaded the freebies ;)

I love your brag books saveapenny - I assume the inside pages are blank for photos once baby arrives? Everyone I know who's had a baby over the last 10 years ago has known the sex beforehand; I think that must take away some of the excitement  I wasn't tempted to ask when having DD.

And on the subject of babies - hope you feel better soon melissa ((hugs)).

Good luck with the craft fair sunrise, I'm sure your bookmarks will sell very well - as will the cards. I think I may have to 'borrow' your nappy card for my sister when she has her baby (girl ) in August; it would make a great announcement card.
some people grin and bear it, others smile and do it :)

Thanks for all of your well wishes - I've been feeling a bit down in the dumps, I think some spending will cheer me up!!
The-wife - I'm 23 weeks pregnant tomorrow - so that's why I can only take paracetamol, I daren't even have a pack of lockets for my throat! I don't know why you're shy about posting your pics - your card was lovely!!!
Sunrise - really nice cards, the nappies are so cute!! Good luck at the craft fair - great idea to personalise cards while you're there.
CT19720 - you are a kind friend offering to make your friend's invites - it could lead to loads of orders from people who receive them!! Sounds like a great idea using a gatefold card.
Rainmac - I've got to book an appointment at the doctors soon as now I'm finished at the hospital (note to self - must ring them tomorrow), so I'll get them to sort me out. Have you bought anything recently???

Hello good to see all your posts - took a while to read them all
Minimacka - Hope your little boy is feeling better today - your weekend certainly sounded traumatic.
Sunrise27 - Great cards - they're sure to sell. Good Luck with the fair.
Saveapenny - How tidy your craft room looks & what a good idea the bragging books are. Loved the music on your blog by the way - Queen's one of my favourites - we chose our first stereo by comparing how Bohemian Rhapsody sounded on them all -Many years ago!!
THE-WIFE - I love Polka dots too it's a lovely card. I'm looking forward to seeing more - please don't be shy on here you're amongst friends.
Melissa75 - Hope you're feeling much better very soon - colds are miserable even when you can take all the medicines known to man.
CT19720 & Rainmac - Hope the wedding invites go well

Thank you for all your kind commets on my books. Yes Im getting realy excited now just over 2 weeks to thier due date

Jailhouse...yes inside are just blank pages and when the baby is here I will do the first 2 pages, 1 with name, date and weight on and 1 photo

Melissa hope you feel better soon xxx

The Wife..that card is lovely, Im like you a huge fan of Pink Petticoat
Ive used pccrafter before and had some of Laurie's christmas stuff as well as a few other bits and bobs. You can see one of the freebies on my table waiting to be used

CT ...http://www.payperbox.co.uk/10-sheets-of-a4-cream-hammer-embossed-card-288-p.asp or light weight http://www.payperbox.co.uk/10-sheets-of-a4-lightweight-cream-hammer-embossed-card-296-p.asp 10p a sheet of A4 quality is excellent they also have white linen which again is excellent quality pp is £2.99 no matter how much you order. I usualy order about £20 worth to make it worth while, That way is works out to about 12p a sheet. Then a pack of large DL envelopes from staples for about £5 for 100.
I agree...get A4 sheets and make them yourself its much much cheaper
My cost for an A4 gatefold invite or wallet fold is about the same £3

    Sunrise...Lovely cards...I love those nappies

Marg...I love Queen...I was 15 when Boh Rap first came out and I was hanging around with a load hairy bikers ( I was the teenager from hell). I was going to load on some of the realy old heavy Queen but thought I better keep it light...lol But Kinda Magic had to go on there ...Might add some T-Rex as well
If you look anything like your passport photo....Your too ill to travel

Melissa, 17 weeks or so to get a new baby card made, just might be able to do that!!!! If that's ok with you?

If anyone would like to go to the Pink Petticoat site, www.pinkpetticoat.co.uk and log onto Liz's blog there's a couple of freebie downloads, a little bird and a vase of flowers. This is sweet when coloured with ordinary colour pencils, water colours or chalks. Easy enough for the little ones. I'll post one tomorrow, as you can see I'm really very busy with the accounts today!!!!!

    Good Morning Everyone

Yet again some beautiful cards from everyone!

Saveapenny, your brag books are beautiful - I just finished making a mini album for my friend's daughter's Easter and yours puts mine to shame! lol

I'm looking for some tips please ladies - I have a male birthday coming up, not until May though and the guy is into tropical fish - I was thinking to do a card that looked like he was looking into a fish tank - has anyone got any suggestions or seen any papers etc to do with fish lately? lol

    Thanks again

    Sal

Sally UK -I once put a sheet of fishy paper into a perspex box to look like a fish tank to disguise a gift token to buy fishes. It's A4 but you may be able to re size it. PM me your email addy if you'd like me to send.
The-wife - Keep going with the accounts - Don't envy you  - Do you use Sage?
