Hi! all, stopping for coffee and the sun's out! From my window at work here in sunny Essex I can see for miles and miles and can see home too!

Marg, I'm working on Sage 50 and doing my darndest to convince the auditors that it's their mistakes, not mine. GRRR!

That sounds a brilliant idea for the fishy card, men are so difficult to please, I usually do something dark in navy, chocolate or black.

    Hi all!
Loving all the fantastic cards!! I really need to master putting a quick but effective card together as keep meaning to make cards but run out of time and it seems to take me ages to get an idea!!

Thinking about trying to put images (stamped or otherwise) on cards as that will form a focus then use embellishments and papers to make the card better!

I was looking at pink petticoat and couldn't see where the freebie downloads of the bird etc were anyone have a link (I am being abit dim I fear!)

Many thanks and carry on crafting xxx

Furry - Top leftish on pink petticoat is a link to their blog (in a heart shape) Click on that then follow the page down to see what they look like and the download links are at top left of that page or maybe even within the description of the cards. Sorry that's a bit garbled - not got glasses on!!

Fab card Flourgirl - almost as good as mine :D (only joking it is lovely and hope he appreciates the work that goes into it). I love this thread being so friendly and helping each other out it is great. :T

I've just been invited to a 50th birthday party and will be doing another wordle one for him with a golf theme - I think using famous golf courses. Anyone know what I could use to make a flag pole with like this -
    golfflag.jpg

can obviously use paper/card for the actual flag and put '50' on it, but am a bit stuck as to what to use for the pole.

    Thanks
