Here's my card for this week's challenge:

    DSCF1635.jpg

My son's best friend is a huge Man U fan, so the red theme for this week's challenge fits in perfectly. Quite pleased with it, and my oldest liked it so much he has requested a Chelsea blue one for his birthday in March.
2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family.
It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,000

Fab cards soblivion, you need to join us on a regular basis as you make great cards :j

CT19720 - I love your Man Utd card, you shouldn't be 'quite' pleased with it, you should be 'extremely' pleased with it :T

Thanks jailhousebabe, mary and rainmac. I drive myself mad, I only see imperfections, and I see them in everything I make. I always see things others have made and it always looks just perfect. I'm getting better and not as hard on myself as I used to be. I've gained confidence to post things I make since I've been here. Before I'd make them then bin them, I certainly wouldn't have given them to anyone outside my immediate family. I'm definately going to try more decoupage, I really enjoyed that even though I did think "well you could have put that bit on straighter" LOL

Lovely card CT19720. What did you use to make the callumn part of the card please? My son and hubby are Man U fans too.

Soblivion - I am exactly like you, I get so annoyed with myself, especially when I look at other people's work and compare it to what I have made. Fab cards - I love the decoupaged one.

CT19720 - great card, I love the lettering that you've used.

Mary - you're organised doing easter cards already!

Hmm, I want to go to Papermill now! oh I'm such a copycat, I know! but can't decide whether to wait til I visit family and stop off at the swindon one on the way or go down to clarks village and pretend to the OH that we are going for a day out and just pop into the shop once we are close (devious eh?!). Anyone know if there is there anything nice to see or do in Wells or Glastonbury?

I think we should have a group MSE outing to paper mill and mob them all at once :rotfl:

Hi Rusty I don't mind being snipped so no need to apologise but then I'm not sure of the etiquette - Is it not the "done thing"? I think I must have upset people 'cos I've done it & not apologised but only because I didn't know better. - I'm near Blackpool not sure where your 'Toon' is.....?

Soblivion Don't knock yourself they are lovely cards & I've just seen your galaxy bars etc on the other thread - Brilliant!

Well Done CT19720 a great card - I also covet the lettering.... come on..... 'fess up what is it? You did well to get the MUFC badge I tried for ages to get the Arsenal one for my Godson & gave up in the end....

Gemma85 - the only things I know about Wells it has a cathedral & Glastonbury a festival in the summer but it always seems to rain so no advantage there - sorry!
