Thanks, I did look at the link that you posted the other day, but if ordering the box of card you can only pick 5 colours. OH and kids were happy to go for a day out, and I really enjoyed Portsmouth and choosing some lovely bits in Paper Mill, although it was a tad cold down on the sea front.
2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family.
It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,000

Yes, I didn't want to reveal who it was for. Lol.

I have discovered brads & eyelets that I didn't realise I had, ribbon in abundance, chalks, and my Sissix stuff deserves to be dusted off.

You lot have also got me going with a blog, but until I have put some stuff on it, it's a bit useless.
  • Paper Mill have an on-line shop,

    http://www.thepapermillshop.co.uk/acatalog/Pick_n_Mix.html

I have not used the on-line store as we have a local store, but thought it may be of some use to some of you crafty ladies, they allow you to choose the colour card you want in the box, it's worth a look.

Just had a quick look and post and packaging for orders under £30 is

    UK Mainland £4.95
Scottish Isles & Northern Ireland £12
Republic of Ireland & Channel Islands £15

    cheers

The paper mill is lurverly. I went into one about 2 years ago, filled my boots and still have stuff left over.

They have wonderful card that you can actually make cards from in linen, deckled effect.

Hi. Sorry I've not been around all week. I've been busy sorting out DS2 birthday party as well as other things. I have just been trying to catch up and have had over 10 pages  to get through and my head is now somewhat battered. I won't be mentioning many names as I am very tired and haven't got the energy to make notes before posting SORRY. Hope you will forgive me. I would like you all to know how fantastic your cards are. :T :T :T I know it is a late entry but OH  has been hogging the pc all night. It is sort of a male card. I did want to do one for an adult but simply did not have the time so hope it is ok.
Furrypig - hope the weather holds off and you get off on your holiday ok

    Welcome to all newbies.

Get well all those who have been ill.

As for snow I am soooooooo jealous. Everthing was white over this morning but had melted by lunchtime and all the snow that has come down since has just melted as soon as it has hit the ground.

Mellissa - Thanks for setting the challenge. Hopefully I will get some time this week and get it posted on time.

    Brilliant cards everyone!

Fingers and everything crossed furrypig - I thought it was Mickey Mouse ears that you had cut out of your card in view of your destination :o

Funny you should say that but when I looked at the photo I thought the punched heart looked like the mouse shape too!! I thought I was just seeing things having done lots of reading and preparation for our Disney visit...stillanxious we might not be able to fly!!!

Hello - It was lovely to see all your photos, snowmen, angels, gardens & cats & I'm jealous the we have only frost, a bit of snow that's gone now, & thick rain but glad that I wont have the slush that follows...... I fall @ the drop of a hat even without ice. (or alcohol)!

Furrypig - I have everything crossed that you get away & have a fab time.

Lovely cards from you all, too many names to list they are all so colourful & inventive.

Melissa - thanks for the challenge off to get my thinking cap on.........
