We had what we wanted for lunch from our turkey, shared the rest between the cats and the dog, the rest went in the bin. Nobody in our house will eat it two days running and I did'nt need the carcass because I already have enough stock in the freezer.January GC: £64.81/£80.00

I plated up an extra Christmas dinner and sent my mum home with it. She lives on her own, and will have it all over again today, spiced butternut squash soup, turkey & trimmings, christmas pudd and brandy sauce.
We had lovely bubble & squeak with baked beans for lunch today. There's just a bit of turkey & stuffing left for sandwiches. Tried to give the cat some turkey but he turned his nose up!Official DFW Nerd No 096 - Proud to have dealt with my debt!0 -
