It's been in the fridge since boxing day(looks & smells fine) but not sure if I can use it.
I would be using it in a curry if it's still ok(not sure if that makes a difference:o)

I reguarly eat food after it's use by date, but I would not eat any meat as old as this I'm afraid. Too risky.Away with the fairies.... Back soon0

only if you have a strong stomach I think.
Even I'm not that brave, meat in the fridge after 2 weeks is really pushing it.0 -
No, it's too old. You need to use it within about 4 days. Next time, you could slice the remaning meat off it and freeze it ready to reaheat or to use in other dishes or do what we do and have a 'How many meals can we get out of the Christmas leftovers' session and make it into actual meals to freeze for later in the month.2025's challenges: 1) To fill our 10 Savings Pots to their healthiest level ever

I'm afraid that I would agree with everyone else and bin it. Twelve day old turkey is just not worth the risk.

I'd think it would be fine - it's been wrapped and in the fridge, right?
If it looks alright, smells alright, feels alright and tastes alright when you try a bit - it most probably is alright.
Cook it up, see how it goes0 -
Next year make sure you get leftovers in the freezer
:)
