Just to say if I was running the Icesave/FSCS email/website I'd be looking to ramp up the email volume slowly as I saw how the first few days went. And yes, I've not got my second email yet :-(.

Just as a matter of interest, I've seen nothing from Martin about the ICESAVE compensation, the Mail on Sunday yesterday said 10,000 icesavers had received the second email, speculation on the forums suggested this meant 10,000 per day - but no one seems to know and the FSCS are not saying. How do we escalate this to Martin to get this highlighted and to get some more information ? I would like to know the criteria used for contacting savers - if it was alphabetical I would know as a W to expect later rather than sooner as it is we just don't know and as I didn't receive my first email due to the talktalk fiasco I have a horrible feeling that I'll wait until Dec 4th and still not hear - also my wife's account was setup at the same time with almost identical data including the same email address but she hasn't heard either - would we expect to hear at the same time ? - who knows - far too many unknowns for my peace of mind - we also went through the KE/ING wait for CHAPS payments so are geting, to say the least, a bit peeved with Icelandic money (British understatement !)
