    It can't be correct, if there are roughly 220000 customers and they are paying/emailing 10,000 per week it will take 22 weeks for everyone to be compensated, that would mean some people waiting till around March to get their cash back!:eek:

    To dovetail it with the new tax year perhaps, that would seem acceptable! :rolleyes:

    They are well behind too, I sent my Tax form in at the end of May and have still not had the expected Tax refund, they normally reply within 3 or 4 weeks, when I phoned about it they said that there was a huge backlog and they had not touched any of the ones received back yet, but if you didn't get it back by a couple of weeks ago they fine you (you have longer to do it online)
