    Have you got a link?
Hi Polka Dot, the latest references to us... 'the other place' is around this page:

I've just received an email from the FSCS. It's NOT the second email but one that suggests that, once a day, I try logging into my Icesave account to see if I can initiate the compensation. I.E. They're suggesting what most of us have been doing anyway! The also provided a link to a copy of the second email which is http://www.fscs.org.uk/consumer/icesave_invitation_email/ They blame the second email not getting through sometimes due to spam, but then how come they think this email would not be filtered in the same way

So, at least the "try pressing the button" is now officially sanctioned!

Is it just me or is this switch to "trial by error" plain ridiculous. Hello FSCS, is there any system to this whatsoever? Making it up as you go, aren't you Loretta?

The first to say how remarkably wondrous are the FSCS and how fast, how efficient, how pleasant to do business with etc etc
Gets a bullet in the back !

Casabiosca, you are single-handedly responsible for making me guwaff out loud several times over!:D The FSCS Hamster with diarrhoea (btw see my user name!), invading the goody-two-shoes "Moneysupermarketeers", and a warning to anyone praising Loretta's crew (how about cattle-prods first?;) )!

Please keep on, it really makes the waiting (and nail-biting) easier!

I have spent so much time onlin waiting and checking at a time when i should be doing other things...the stress is really getting to me and I am not too ashamed to say that the call I had today with FSCS ealrier, really upset me. I am trying to stay positive and take hope from what others have posted, so thanks so much once again...............

    Hey come on!
Don't the fairer sex have the right to change their mind?

By gum, she's a flighty lass, I'll give that to her.

No thanks, I will be staying sober. I have to attend the FSCS department annual bonus ceremony with Loretta.
Why does she have that awful smell about her..?
