Right i see what mutter was getting at now lol I am slow in the uptake. I wouldnt be concerned about this personally as Dan seems a very genuine nice guy who seems to be very good with his customer service and I havent heard anyone say a bad word tbh

Really? So all the pleased and satisfied customers on here and other forums count for nothing then?

Its always good practice to pay with a visa credit card rather than a debit card. But I don't think we are in danger of getting carried away at the moment. With my average order coming to £17- £20 I'm not gambling too much if I use my debit card on google checkout.:p
I too am eagerly waiting the updated stuff- but the site is still quite new and developing as a business- and the savings are so good that I am happy to wait. Although to be fair I already have a 24 hib drinks to keep me company...and some Horlicks for later.
I can honestly say that not a day goes by without me making use of stuff from approved food- how did I live before? Today- Ryvitas and packet soup at lunch- dried milk in my home made yoghurt- pasta sauce on the home made pizza tonight for my son's party- ( I had to mention that as it is making me feel very virtuous for not buying the bases...) Juice and drinks, tea bags... I can't even begin to work out the finances of it as I frankly can't be bothered but its got to be good.
If only there were some slightly out of date wine to be had my evening would be complete.

Apologies if I have misinterpreted what you are saying Mutter but if I read it correctly then initially I was alarmed. I had just placed my first order with approved foods using Google checkout (the only option available) which I believed to be safe and still do so after looking into it.

You're adage makes sense but in the case of this site the too good to be true bit relates to the fact that the food is mainly past its best before date but since that is not dangerous and many people are happy to buy food past its bbd then they are making valuable savings on their food bills.

You may well have had a valid point about the stock cubes but I dont think you should turn that into a witch hunt against approved foods.

There certainly seem to be alot of satisfied customers on this thread.

I orderd on the net all the time I have a visa debit, the only time I was frauded was when I put my card in a damaged cash machiene. If the site where your paying says https then it is a secure site. Any how though I have account security on my bank account now so I am pretty coverd.

I think it was a bit nasty of mutters that about the site but thats just my opioion.

Say it. Don't insinuate, say it. What are you driving at? Is there a scam that a thousand people can't see? Say it.
