After listing to your suggestions I've included a field before the checkout where you can add alternatives you would like if we were short. Its just a text box for you to type in what you might like "just in case".
Hope it's useful!

That sounds like an excellent idea. I haven't received my first order yet, but I've had a refund for a couple of items, which I assume were out of stock - and they were heavier items, so I could have added more if I'd had a chance to substitute (especially when I'm paying NI delivery!)0 -
Just to say that I received my first order yesterday and it was fab-well packaged with lids taped down, glass jars bubble wrapped etc. I was just about to place another order when I saw that Dan posted not 15 minutes ago saying he's adding stuff (and OH says it's pointless my having several tabs open on my browser!) so will wait until later/mornng until I checkout.0

Ditto for me too (in London) with out of stock heavy stuff in my last order (still awaiting delivery) - it's a fantastic idea!"Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level then beat you with experience." Anon.0 -

Sorry, hopefully this wont happen again.
