Really cheap food...however

My experience hasn't been great with approved food so far. Still waiting for the rest of my 1st battered order from ages ago.

I was waiting a while for my order but to fair they are very busy. The number of there customers has shot up since the site was place on here.

They can not be accounted for what happens to the parcel once DHL get it and if DHL are like the many other parcel companies they are not gentle with things.

You have to appreciate that your not their only customer and there might be others that need sorting out.

Dan and the team provide excellent service, and I for one am always happy with my order.

They should sort people that ordered months ago 1st surely?

And they are accountable. I'm still waiting for my goods.

Anyway, don't want to seem too moany. To be fair I think I've been quite patient. I think my order was early December.

I know I placed an early order when the site was down and it was accepted by the site but disappeared into a black hole somewhere. Have you emailed
Dan direct to see if they have any trace of it. Seems like an awful long time for these peeps to leave someone hungry!

Depends when/if they get any - I don't think they know what's coming in at any given time, so could be next week could be never.

My DHL delivery is always at about 6. Though how you can find that out without oredering I don't know.
