When I've had things out of stock, Dan phoned me and offered alternatives that had not been on the website before. He put in a few extra as well. I was more than happy with the substitutes. I'm sure you'll work something out. From previous posts on here, he seems to do this as a matter of routine.
    His customer service is excellent.

thats lucky i have placed three orders and always had things missing / out of stock, just refunded the price normally the heavy items maybe to save on postage. maybe im being cynical dont get me wrong dan is very quick to return a call and give the refund however i have never had a call to offer me replacement items.
it is still a great site though Dan maybe you could add an option for a lucky dip if items are out of stock give us a nice suprise cheers

    Point taken

We are developing the new site now and one of the ideas is to have a list of alternative items when you order.

Thank you for the feed back

    Hi Skint_Catt
Can you give me some ideas on what you brought please?
I am on Slimming World as well and everytime I look its all excellent bargains on the site but everything I am not allowed to eat!
    Thanks
    LL

My previous order contained those huge cans of kidney beans (for use in chilli con carne/Quorn chill). This order contained the bottles of Diet Coke (I usually have a can a day at work but these are cheaper) and the Crosse and Blackwell Pasta n Sauces for dinner/lunch (I don't normally live off packet pasta but its quick if I'm rushing out!). Also some cans of tuna as now I can have that with my pasta or in salads etc and some sugarfree chewing gum. There's not much on Approved Food that goes well with SW, but it seems to be getting better! Tinned (chopped) toms and ultra cheap Baked Beans would just finish me off! :rotfl:

Hoping it'll be delivered today but will have to collect tonight/saturday as I'm not home and can't get it delivered to work anymore :(

Hey Winnie it depends on how busy they are to how long the order takes hth.

Thanks Dan my order arrived today, and I am very very very pleased with it. I have to say I am in love with the cloudy lemonade.

Dan will you still have or be getting more of the grab and go cereal bars. My daughter loves these and are handy for when we get up late. :-)

If you still have some think I will be placing another order for some.

Its been a bit variable because they were not set up initially for the huge rush of orders from here- and then there was the Christmas period.
But I've always had orders within a week. They come with DHL and there is a tracking email sent when they dispatch it so you can follow its progress.
  • On the website where it says FULL DATE next to some products, does that mean in it fully in or out of date?

    Thanks
