just wondering if you could put a comment box on the order so that we could say if we want any type of replacement if you have run out of an item?
something along the lines of:
If one of my products is out of stock then please make up order value with:....................................
Then if we could just give you an idea of what we might like you could make the order up to the value or weight so we get max amount of goods / weight for postage.....
I realise it would have to be fairly flexible so you could make a note of this in small print but I would be happy to have say fizzy drinks, tea bags or biccies to make up the order!
It would probably also save you refunding people and taking calls when people would like a replacement..
yeah or if xxx is out of stock please cancel my whole order for now!A waist is a terrible thing to mind.0 -
This doesn't seem to have been discussed on here yet.
THe best way to organise your postage charges is to keep adding to your order until it goes up to £10.50, then take a few things out so it goes back down to £5.25. That way you know you have maximised your use of the 25kg limit!Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -
just done my first order for just under £15 including postage costs got a fair few things as there is only 2 of us probably didnt maximise my 27kg limit but hey never mind we will use what we ordered.
great for larger families who can bulk order once every few weeks.
i did only order one box of prawn cocktail crisps i love them but am trying to limit myself to one packet a day i could eat the whole box in a day if i let myself!!0 -
one thing that would be good would be that all items that are 2 for £1 link in some way so you can mix and match- suppose thats not the point of a cash and carry is it?!? you0

I ordered on Monday and have a receipt from Google, but no confirmation email from Craggs/Approved Food. Don't worry - you'll get it when they get to it. They're snowed under so it might be a while.0
