Hi,I spoke to Dan today and yes they are very busy.He will get around to it as soon as he can.

Sorry I feel that was in a way directed at me and my question. Why do I panic, cause I am going into hospital 2moz and was hoping to have things sorted before then. My father does not have access to my email account so will not know when the order is coming.

The order normally comes 3 days after your order has been placed.Check your spam folder just incase

Thanks Mrembo, I was worried that the order had not gone through with my basket still showing as full.

I will tell me dad to keep an eye out for it, hopefully I wnt be in that long.

I havent had a reply about the missing items yet but im not panicking. Im just wondering when would be the best time to place an order for xmas? With dhl delivery, etc is there a cut off date?
