Im putting my second order through today but there appears to be a problem with the delivery charge/limit. The limit for £5.25 is supposed to be 28kg and ive ordered a total weight of 17.8 kilos but it's trying to charge me £10.50!
Is anyone else having this problem?
Ok, I dont know what the problem is but ive managed to get it sorted by adding one item at a time and then continue shopping rather than using browser buttons.0 -

just got my receipt from Craggs. Refund on the sage n onion stuffing and my Horlicks unfortunately (but with a lovely polite message from Dan on it!), but no big disaster! Looking forward to recieving it now! :T :T :T
Dan, if every company could be as polite and helpful as you they'd all be millionaires! Hope you get rewarded for it xx0 -

Darn it! I just ordered sage and onion stuffing and horlicks! I also tried ordering the instant mocha that went missing last time. This is why I always add extra stuff to get to the 25kg limit as I know some stock is bound to be unavailable.0 -

Placed 1st order and it came looking pretty battered with "Replaced by DHL" sticky tape all over it and half the items missing,

Hi Wolfsbayne
I know what it will be... each product shows the weight of the goods and not the packaging. eg if you bought anything in a glass jar we are only putting the weight of the contents on the web site.
As from now we will include the total weight of all the item inc packaging.
There is a plan in place to show the weight of the basket as you add items. Unfortunatly we dont have the cash to pay for the upgrade right now! Theres also a plan to have the total RRP's for the products displayed as you add them to your basket. One person the other day ordered £150's worth of in date goods that had a RRP value of £540 - That should make the postage not seem so bad - i hope

That explains it. Thanks for the info. Every day the site seems to get better and I love the back in stock feature. Hopefully the MSE'rs will keep ordering so you can raise funds for that upgrade!0
