funnily enough last week our Asda was selling off some wheat and gluten free products, Asda brand 6 fruit cake slices for 10p and Tru Free dark chocolate coated biscuits for 30p.
I had the cakes and they were nice and my mum said my dad loved the biscuits and had no idea they weren't "normal" biscuits!A waist is a terrible thing to mind.0 -
Well, received my first order today.
Two items missing (douwe egberts mocha cappucino and raspberry jam) which added to the three out of stock (popcorn, sage and onion stuffing and campbells soup) was about a sixth of my order but never mind.
Everything else seems fine though. :T0 -
No sage & onion  !!!!!! - I ordered a load as I've just finished the one box I ordered before - it was still available to order at 6pm tonight0

yeah, I ordered one box last wednesday night (26/11) and on friday I got a refund for the three items out of stock however it was still appearing on the website to order and when ive checked today it's still there.0 -
B&&$%r!!! The one thing I really needed out of my whole order! Same last time - no Branston Pickle which is why I decided to place an order in the first place. Its like supermarket sweep to see what you can get before it disappears! :rolleyes:0

I got my second order today!
Thank goodness the battenburgs had run out as I ordered shed loads of other stuff lol
We will all be fed up with prawn cocktail crisps before too long i fear!
All great though - thank you. Just wish I was hungry enough to eat some of it..
Oh yeah, I forgot - it's for Christmas..... Ahem0 -
hiccup with my second order as well, but you cant help being pleased with the orders etc because of the service and the Dan running bending over backwards to sort it out ..
it is annoying when things run out and they are still on the website..
so maybe a suggestion..........is there anyway of adding a totaly amount of units of a product. so when an order is placed the amount is deducted from the product total... so when an item has run out it will not take anymore orders for that item...
also i think its a good idea too about putting 'box' ptices for things on a seperate listing too.
hopefull should have my order tomorrow. which i ordered last mondayWork to live= not live to work0 -
just wondering if you could put a comment box on the order so that we could say if we want any type of replacement if you have run out of an item?
something along the lines of:
If one of my products is out of stock then please make up order value with:....................................
Then if we could just give you an idea of what we might like you could make the order up to the value or weight so we get max amount of goods / weight for postage.....
I realise it would have to be fairly flexible so you could make a note of this in small print but I would be happy to have say fizzy drinks, tea bags or biccies to make up the order!
It would probably also save you refunding people and taking calls when people would like a replacement..it's nice to be important but more important to be nice!! :kisses3:0 -
Well after being mucked about constantly by DHL,I've just had to cancell my order:mad: Yesterday, after my parcel sitting in a depot for days, I was reassured my parcel would be sent out and I'd recieve It today.Well this morning I check the parcel tracker, just to make sure and the status is awaiting instruction. On contacting DHL, I'm told it was not ordered out to me at all.I'm really angry, because there is no point in me ordering anymore, as they just seem incapable (dhl-not Dan) of doing there job at this neck of the woods:mad: So now I have to go out and buy stuff that I'm not looking forward to eating, lol at twice the cost.
Update:Just spoken to Dan, he has refunded my order and I am going to give it another go as it may have been an issue of damaged boxes, ect.But It was DHL's customer service(or thelack of it) that annoyed me.Thanks for your help Dan:T:A Your Always in my heart, you never ever will be forgotten-9/9/14:heart2:0
