    Maybe A Mod deleted my thread 'cos they were unhappy with their order?

    Still theres enough people who are pleased with what they receive............and if they arn't, the remedy from Dan is always swift and satisfactory!

    If anybody knows any different, please share! Ye?

    My post on the 5 star board was supported by others too...........ok, not many had bothered coming over and posting, but their comments have also been removed!!!

  • I ordered late on Wednesday, received my parcel this morning. It was very heavy and delivered to work but the nice DHL man put it in my car for me and I unloaded it into carrier bags when I got home :D One of the peanut butter jars was smashed but apart from that everything looks great.

    I too would love to have a "new arrivals" and/or "back in stock" section.

    Thanks for OP for finding this for us.

    Sorry if I am speaking out of turn here, but I think there will always be some one that moans. No offence to any one but even cheap food is not enough to close the mouth of some moaners.

    I don't think it's a "doofas" thing to do. I've done exactly the same (haven't received my order yet so it's still a mystery as to how many items I'll receive). If an item on a website says "pack of X packs/jars" I would expect to only order one and receive X.

  • Just placed my second order - very pleased with the first which arrived 3 days ago! When I spoke to Dan last Sat about the order, he said that they had run out of the gingerbread syrup and also the peanut butter, if that helps anyone. They may have got more in since then of course.

    Also agree with others above that a "new arrivals" section would be good. To be honest, I think that the website in general could do with a bit of TLC, I have had to have several tries at placing orders successfully because of duplicate items appearing or quantities changing. I'm sure the website wasn't designed for the volume of traffic they've been experiencing though to be fair!


    Overall very happy, and plan to use them regularly.:xmassmile
