I dnt get the peanit butter thing, I put 1 in the amount box for a crate of 8. If you try to add 8 it says £8 in the total so me is confuddled. Wins in 09 = A vodka cocktail kit thing lol, £150 Amazon voucher.0

thanks again dan, my missing parcel turned up this evening by the little dhl lady. Well pleased.0

Not had my first order yet but got a refund for sage and onion stuffing, campbells tomato soup (rather annoying as I cancelled the soup off the asda order as it was cheaper here but never mind!) and the boxed popcorn.
I also made an idiot mistake of putting 1 can of 7up on my order thinking I was ordering 1 case but I should have paid more attention. Looking forward to getting the order!0 -
I used Google checkout for the first time for approved food - although I had already had an account for some bizarre reason!
I was feeling a bit left out today as I had not had an email saying my order was being sent out or anything....
Then I had the rather 'bright' idea of clicking on the tracking link in the order email confirmation that you get straight after ordering and noticed that comments from Dan and the gang are written there! They have my order - no maltesers, battenburg or stuffing  but now I know my Christmas goodies are on the way....... They may just be goodies, not sure whether they'll last until Christmas.
Whilst extra business must always be appreciated I bet AF towers have had a bit of a shock since the original post on this site. Excellent free marketing and I'm sure they are thrilled to get all these new customers but I can imagine it's been difficult keeping up with demand. So well done to you for doing such a good job with all these extra orders.
AF Dan
It would be interesting to know how your online business has changed since the post on here... I saw an earlier post about 20 orders a week being the norm and now it's hundreds.... If you have a moment, stats would be good - number of orders week 1 since MSE mention, week 2 etc
Ok, as you may tell I'm a bit nosey but just wanted to see from a business perspective how marketing (albeit unknowingly) in the right place can boost business

I ordered on Sunday night, but haven't had anything yet - though I did miss a phonecall saying there was some sort of trouble with the delivery.
It's slightly disappointing so far as others have had their orders delivered after ordering later than me, though will just wait to see how it goes.0 -
I spoke to Dan today and got a refund of 75p I paid for the next day delivery but no idea when to expect my late parcel and DHL still showing it in the first depot. Perhaps it's lost its label or something. I was so looking forward to getting it today - the dog was because I ordered him some food and he has none lol0

Credit where its due there is bound to be teething problems, the poor company has gone from 20 orders a week to over 1 hunderd.
Yep I had a problem with the peanut butter that as yet has not been resolved but hey it was 1 little problem. I know for a fact that I will be ordering again, I am loving it.
Now not being nasty here but there are a few people posting silly little moans I think you have to put your self in there shoes kinda thing. I think that its unfair to post silly moans as genuine questions may get over looked.
(And as I said above not to be nasty so please dnt have a go) Wins in 09 = A vodka cocktail kit thing lol, £150 Amazon voucher.0 -

We at Approve Food would like to express our appreciation for the supportive comments we have received, not only here on the forum, but also by email and phone. Thanks to your encouragement we have managed to survive the past two frantic weeks, when things haven’t always been going as well as they might. However we’re working hard to overcome the “teething problems” and are confident that we will be able to provide the high standard of service that you all deserve.
Thanks also for all the constructive comments and ideas, which we will try to implement whenever possible.

I should imagine the courier would leave a card and you would re-arrange delivery or collect from your local depot. My delivery is coming by DHL so the usual practices would apply.0
