I thought it was 5 for a pound Peanut butter is meant to be 8 for a pound and I only got 1

My first order arrived and some of the crisps had burst open. I emailed Dan and got a phone message the same day asking for me to email the value of the goods which were damaged. I did and I was refunded that day. I also had another query about pricing on the site and emailed this morning. I've already had a response which I think is brilliant.

If anyone is missing items or unsure over pricing, do just drop them an email. I can't think when I've had such good, prompt and pleasant customer service. Things do go wrong occasionally but they seem genuinely keen to sort it out and make things right.

Make sure you order the right quantities, for example 8 peanut butter not 1 box of 8 you will know the quantities are right by the price it shows up.
i got the stuffing cant remember the quantity but as their service is so good and prices so low check check and check again that you get your quantities right. Yep i too felt weird putting 24 in the quantity for one item but thats what you need to do, even if it is ONE tray of 24 packs of juice for example, you wont get 24 TRAYS oof juice;)

I was charged £1 for ONE BOX of stuffing. On the website it says £1 for FOUR BOXES.

Where's the confusion ?

Our first order arrived today absolutely perfect I warned our lovely DHL lady she'll be getting a few boxes from now on and passed on the sites address too

I thought it best to post some thing here on MSE about some trouble we have had today. We have moved to a new courier this week and there first pickup was wednesday.

The problem has been that the banding machine that fixes a number of small boxes together has been faulty from monday to lastnight. Unfortunalty some parcels have been breaking up at the DHL depots. It’s been a complete nightmare!

I have an excellent DHL manager who is sorting everthing out for us and taking everthing to its rightfull home.
