Can i ask when is your money taking of your card? When your order is received or despatched?

My credit card is charged in full at the time of order and, at a later date, a refund for items which are out of stock has been credited back to the card.

I think you might be missing some people's points. When they pay a £5.50 delivery charge, they want to get the most out of the 28kg? So when they have ordered something, and its out of stock, they would like to order something else to make up the weight of the parcel... basically to get their monies worth, which is fair doo's!

    Its quite simple really.

    It is fair doo's

It makes cringe when i see that were not producing the items we have for sale. I designing the new website now with a second backup basket that will allow us to replace items in an order.

Perhaps its best if i explain whats happening in the back ground as a buyer...

If i buy 10 pallets of any product that we don't actually make any profit until we have sold the last 2, that's where the profit is and if we can't sell those goods or if we have to sell them cheaper to clear them that cuts straight into our profit.

So, when i buy a product i might not take the full 10 pallets and only take 3 at the start to off set the risk. There is then a chance that the goods might be gone when i get back but i don't get lumped with 7 pallets of a line that nobody wants. It's all swings and round-a-bouts 80% of the time i can buy more and 20% its gone.

Hope that helps understand our situation.

Am I the only one who heard Dan on Wake up to Money on radio 5 this morning aroung 5.45am. His fame has spread far and wide.
I'm pleased he's doing so well, and don't mind waiting till things get a bit less fraught for him.

It's not me who gets up at that time in a morning then!

American CBS news this week and a Tokyo TV news team. It's my 5 mins!!!
