    I ordered on the 12th and they took money then and I received it on the 21st, they refunded a £1 when they sent out the items and i got it back on my card end of last week and there was extras missing from my order which i hope to get a refund for asap.....am going to try ringing again today.....

    My order status still says "sheffield service centre" and has done since the 22nd January, getting a little concerned now. Does it update once the order has moved on?
