i think people should take up the delivery issue with DHL rather than complain to Dan about it really. he's busy taking on new staff, getting all these orders sorted, all the media kerfuffle!

BTW the brownies were LOVELY LOL:)

Don't buy the tuna steaks leave them all for me.I wish i had bought more than i did .They were very nice and ready in 60seconds.

hmmm i may have to try them, if there are still any left when i come to order again. I did wonder what they are like? Are they bland? What did you have yours with?

Thing is Sarah, I agree that people should try and resolve individual delivery issues with DHL, trying to get Dan to sort it is just adding to his workload. But ultimately, and remember we aren't the only people buying off him, the contract is between Dan and DHL - he's paying them, not us. So if he is going to lose customers because people are getting irritated with delivery problems, then it's something, ultimately, he needs to take up with the company - at some point.

There are only a small proportion of his customers posting here and maybe we aren't representative of what is happening nation wide with deliveries? Only Dan will be able to tell - but not if he doesn't hear about it and I would think these boards, without folk contacting him direct, will at least give him some idea of what is happening.

I'm feeling a bit sick actually - I may have eaten too much. Well, you have to try this stuff before you order some more ...

They are very nice not bland i hardly tasted the ginger.I had mine with rice.

Look Im new I just dont understand the tracking of dhl I asked a few members earlier and put my out of stocks out of politeness. Ive got no problems with Dan , Its my first order, it took alot longer than expected but it is updated on his website for the delay,
I put on here my first DHL message for some advice and then the ticket number changed, well confused Im not having a go
