there was a few bits missing from my order, i have emailed Dan and im sure he will get back to me soon.......

The baker boys cakes were in there and are VERY yummy....

fay66 mine said the same but 19th jan from mon night till this morning then it had changed to out for delivery and has turned up just now, hope you get your soon

Out of interest, I'm on one of the outer isles and for over a year have been buying 'health' foods from another on-line outlet. They use a certain courier company, the charges are similar to DHL, and I've never had a problem yet ... So there are other companies out there that can compete on both service and price ...

Although when I spoke to him last week (not to complain) I may, just in passing, have touched upon the subject ... (Damn: no little, innocent, whistling smilie!)

my order just turned up, mainly very happy with it, i think i got the last of the fair trade choc browinies as i ordered 6 but only got 3 was refunded for the other 3, also refunded for the choc truffels as the were out of stock too.

the packing was very good for most items, however in the main box there was one box that contained ketchup and dog biscuts, the ketchup had burst and also ruined the dog bikkies, I emailed Dan and suggested he could put loose bottles in plastic bags before packing in te main box, hope he conciders this as that way if they do bust they are not going to ruin anything else.

I am not moaning, just pointing out one down side to my order,

will put another order in very soon,
