I've never had a problem with dhl, they always delivery on time with no problems - always had excellent service of them. Mayb its the area you are in?0

Woo hoo my track thing says it out for delivery!!!Yeah, now whats the chances it gets here before i have to go out at 2?? im sure they will try deliver between 2-4 just when im not in

You could always leave a note to leave it somewhere or perhaps with a nice neighbour. Don't forget to mention on the note to take the note down!0 -

I really don't think it's up to customers to live 'in the right area' to expect a reasonable service - from anybody.
It's up to DHL to provide a service to the best of their ability to all areas they serve.
Not meaning to be snippy, but it is, and has been, a bug-bear of mine for a long, long time, that many UK companies think saying '75% of our customers are happy' is actually more than adequate. It isn't. And that goes for any company, whether it's a delivery service or phone network. To get our economy sorted out we need to look a lot further than the banks - our companies need to get their act together and stop just talking a good fight.
Dan has got his act together - his delivery company hasn't in a lot of aspects.0 -
