Are you saying I insult people, never my intention, or is it because I don't think the market is not going to crash 70%.

that's so rude!! I've been telling you and others on this board for over a year now that the economy will crash, crash, crash in this doom ridden spiral of debt. it's your problem not mine if you don't do as i say - but i have been telling you by constantly starting new threads and posting links. :rotfl: :rotfl:

Well it has been an interesting few days.

Haven't quite found the motivation to join in but I have to say I do, on occasions, enjoy watching some of the more zealous posters getting wound up and indeed some of my posts seem to have elicited that response from some of them.

This board comes and goes in phases like that.

We all have the option not to read a particular thread don't we?

True enough, but I do get the impression that even when people are moaning about a certain thread they still read it all, and anything new posted on it. It helps them become even more outraged/bored/insert emotion here

It's just like rubber-necking..... you know you shouldn't look but most of us do.

Maybe they are all being kicked out of their houses.

I doubt it , firstly they are moving to other houses and secondly if you were being kicked out , would you pay a removal company to move you?

I know this bad news is hard to swallow, but it seems despite everyones efforts houses are selling
