Letter arrived this morning apologising for the
poor selection despite regular distribution checks
no leaflet explaining about Yorkie bars
..... plus a cheque for £5!!:j
Can't understand why the amount sent to people has varied, let's hope it keeps increasing!0 -

I got a letter yesterday with a cheque for £3.00. Think i'll email them again to ask why they vary the amount. Anyway good result.
Just started comping again, wish me luck!!!

Sorry it's just dawned on me why the amounts differ - I bought a tin and perhaps you had a box?? Even if this is the case they could have sent everyone the same amount if only to keep customer satisfaction:D0 -

mine was a tin too but i dont know why the refunds are different! and i did feel a bit guilty cos we still ate everything!!!!!! i hope nestles dont stop making quality street!!!! they remind me of being very small my nana used to buy them for us every christmas in 70's!! but i hope they quit the yorkie idea!! more purples would be much more preferred!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :rotfl:0

no it's not only you jax25 so if you havent already complained get emailing them and you might get a small cheque towards the chocs!!!!!!!the yorkies took up lots of valuable purple space if you ask me!!!!!!!!!!0
