For Christmas OH and colleagues in IT department at work received a tin of Quality Street as a thank you for hard work throughout the year, however, war raged when they opened the tin to find Yorkies but NOT THEIR dearly beloved FUDGE.

They contacted QS who apologised and sent them a cheque for £4.

PS I have a allergy to dairy products and can't eat chocolate so I don't really care what the tins contain but would prefer to buy celebrations or heros to QS.daftasabrush but getting debt free more each day !

I wrote a letter complaining that there were no peanut cracknels. There were some in the last box I bought in 1985.

Had a letter from Nestle this morning apologising again for not having the assortment of sweets at Christmas & enclosing a further voucher for £1.50.:j
