Quality Street invaded with YORKY BARS

I got a box of Quality Street for my christmas and as soon as I opened them i dived in for my favourite (the coconut one), none at the top so emptied some out of the box, then some more and then all of them and still no sign of my fav.

Took immediate action and emailed Nestle to express my extreme disappointment!!! Havn't heard back from them yet but am hoping to receive some vouchers or maybe a box of coconut chocolates.

I did the same thing with Roses a few years ago as they had changed the chocolates and I wasn't too happy. They sent me back a letter explaining the change and also a voucher. Then about 6 months down the line I received another voucher.

Complain, thats why the have customer services!!!!

And by the way I didn't get any Yorkies in there place.

I'm sorry to hear about your dissapointment, we're all going through the same thing on this thread! And I have to agree with Thefunkygibbons, QS have definatly gone downhill, in the past I would have rated them the same as Roses but now they are a long way behind and I will always pick Heros, Roses or Celebrations in preference to QS which comes a distant fourth.

And we should all complain, if nobody says anything they'll think it's ok to keep adding Yorkies so less people will buy QS so really it's in everybodys interests (especially if they send vouchers out).

Well, after reading the ebay thread, and this one I have decided to auction my unwanted QS (Coconut eclairs and nutty chunks) and donate any money to charity. (Not that I expect much)

Please send coconut ones to me I won't get any until next christmas now and I've missed out this year.


Have also been a good girl and was disappointed with Santa not bringing any coconut!!!

My children loved the fact that there were yorkies, however most upset that we didnt have any toffee pennies, and only 4 toffee sticks!!!! Have tried the 0800 number a few times, but there is never anyone there, however i will keep trying next week, to make sure they know how we feel!!!!(not happy!!!)

Have just received a letter from Nestle apologising for the delay in replying, apologising for my dissatisfaction with the product, and enclosing a cheque for £3!!:j Hope you all hear soon.............;)

finally got a letter today!!!!!!!! an apology for having no letter in tin with the yorkies and there was a fault on the machine thats why there were no hazelnuts in the purples!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! with a whopping big cheque for guess............£4!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
