Hmm....I don't understand this Claudia's situation, why does she have to buy now?

and grrr.....I hate it when she calls the market 'volatile'....it is more predictable now than a rising market

kirsty: i typed in 'kirsty allsop fault' into the internet

phil to kirsty: what did you find?

kirsty to phil: some very strong stuff..... :rotfl:

    Such as:
she should be executed, like Saddam, on TV, obviously

    and
Kirstie Allsopp is a witch. Burn her!
  • What made me really angry was they were saying halifax and nationwide make only 27% of the market (that true) but the way they are saying it....they imply market hasn't gone down that much. they want property prices to go up so they can earn a living.

I'm screaming at the TV - WAIT WAIT WAIT!!!!
  • Something about an assisted loan, didn't catch exactly which scheme.

To be fair to Kirsty, she clearly spelled out the risks if Claudia's job was affected by recession and the possibility that IRs could increase and make things tight...

...Claudi says, I want to buy anyway. Its now or never...

These are the stupid sheeple I mentioned above.
