who knows for sure, but I know they have said that they met via the LLL producers, for the first couple of series they only filmed at weekends as they were both still working full time for their own companies, and they used to be bidding for the same work whilst filming and so scurrying off into corners to negotiate.0

I don't know why people get upset by K&P - their programs are 'entertainment', and not factual. If people want to take them seriously then that's their problem, not K&P. I prefer Coronation Street myself as they have realistic storylines!0

Yeah but Coronation Street is incredibly bearish at the moment. Tony can't sell his flats. Gail's boyfriend's kitchen company is about to go out of business because the development he had a contract with went under. All they need is an actual bear to rampage down the cobbles and they'd be set.:D0 -

You heard it here.
I heard that - shockingly bad advice. Krusty also advised a 20 year old man to buy a buy to let instead of going to university, as it was a better investment in his future :rolleyes:poppy100 -
you're going to miss the boat Brit - rates have never been this low and prices have not been this low for a while either.
you don't want to be logged on this site in 12 years time like the other HPCers who missed the original HPI and are beeching now about it...
Yes your right, When houses prices fell 2.2% last month alone the prices could go up 70% overnight. :rotfl:
Please, a little common sense. Everything indicates things are getting far worse, I don't think it is really beyound the realms of reality that houses prices will fall a lot further back to more traditional levels rather than the overvalued levels they are today.:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.

For those in the London area, kirsty will be appearing on london tonite at about 6.15 pm. I hope she's donating her fee to charities for the Homeless but don't bet on itKrusty & Phil Madoff, 1990 - 2007:

If people want financial advice then they should see a professional, not trust a TV entertainer....:rolleyes:0 -

What the hell is that programme? I turned it on expecting a local news broadcast, but instead I got two "newsreaders" mocking a misinformed vox pop participant.0
