Well call me a fool but, I enjoyed it far more than I thought I would.
I can't help but thinking though that it's all too little, too late.
Phil's offerers may have been turned down but what's the betting the properties are still on the market and their asking price being chased down.Excited for Florida - May 2012 :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0 -

Oh !!!!!!, no need to pay these pair of c0cks for telling us bears s**t in the woods, here is my survival guide
1. If you want to buy now.....DON'T unless you get 40% off
2. If you are thinking of buying.....<see above>
3. If you want to sell.... drop your price
4. If you have to sell.... keep dropping the price until it sells.
All that advice for free, beat that Spender and Allslop:D

OOOoooooohhh errr Mrs. Krustys been on the pies as well....... probably why we don't see too much of her (fuller figure)I came in to this world with nothing and I've still got most of it left. :rolleyes:0

If people really are stupid enough to base their biggest financial decisions on discussions by a couple of entertainers, then I can't feel sorry for them.
And you must recognise that everyone in the country isn't a clever as you. You wouldn't try to say that loan sharks lending money to desperate people at extortionate rates of interest are blameless. And that it's the stupid people who borrow the money off them that are entirely to blame, would you?
