  • Its all about audit trails, claims to all benefits go through many checks before being paid & are reviewed at regular intervals. To make sure the correct amount of benefit is paid at the time of processing phsyical evidence is required ie your wageslip, P45, bank statements.

    Think you'll find just by digging your heels in over sometime so silly as not allowing a copy to made is foolish & will only delay any money your entitled to being paid

    How is it irrelevant the requirement under the legislation is that information is provided for recording, the op having fulfilled that requirement had the decision overturned on the basis he had done so and that the insistance upon that requirement being fulfilled by a specific method was unreasonable. Most pertinent to the discussion I would say. It takes a special kind of individual to ignore such basic elements and still maintain that something which has happened cannot happen. Do you bump into a lot of things when walking around with your eyes closed all day?
