If I were in your situation I'd sit down with a piece of paper and write a list of 'elements' of my life:
relationship with OH
pregnancy (baby)
other child
becoming a teacher
money
physical health (including giving up smoking)
own emotional health (stress)
etc.
(NB this is my list - you need to make yours)
I would number them in order of current priority (not easy as they are interlinked)
I'd then drawn three columns vertically
1 present situation
2 future if carry on like this
This will help you to think of future options, preferred or needed. Then it is clear what choices you can make. These are your responses to column 3. You can then decide what you are going to do.
If this all seems to be too much why not look for some counselling? Relate may well be able to help you - they don't just deal with break ups.somewhere between Heaven and Woolworth's0
