I am sure that I saw a disney princess frisbee in poundland.
The only disney princess thing I saw today in poundland was a 'photo album' .... mind you, my daughter has one and loves looking at all her photographs in it.
I did get some disney princess perfumes (x4) a couple of weeks ago from Ethel Austins, on sale for £2.50A creative mess is better than tidy idleness0 -

In case it's useful for anyone, I did a jokey box present for an uncle who is quite difficult to buy for, based on a conversation that mentioned someone being ready for his pipe and slippers and the uncle saying he had been for ages, but nobody had given him any.
Contents, all wrapped separately:- liquorice pipe (from here)
- slipper key ring (made by laminating a picture of some slippers I found online and then punching a whole and attaching the ring from an old key-ring)
- crossword book (given to us as a gift)
- kitchen safe (like this)
- theatre tokens
A Guide to this Present- 'Pipe' and 'slippers' - well you did say you'd been waiting for them...
- Crosswords - as it's important, when you reach the age for pipe and slippers to keep your brain active
- Kitchen safe - for safe-keeping of small things, like marbles?
- Theatre tokens - because we know you're not too old to go out and enjoy yourself!
It went down very well - I was a bit worried he'd be insulted, but luckily he thought it was hilarious.0 -
Thanks to the very helpful suggestions on this forum I've given two journal jar baskets in the last few months. Both went down very well (one recipient cried!).
The basket was from Wilkinsons (can't remember how much), pen was a freebie, jar came from a sweet shop (they'd rather give them away than throw them out).
This basket was a gift to me (a hamper someone else had made) but said M&S on the bottom, the jar had coffee in it and the decoration for the book and jar is made from a Bravissimo carrier bag!0 -
