Hope she likes it! Goodness knows when she's going to have time to do any gardening as she's just been adopted by a cat who had 3 kittens a fortnight ago and she's keeping them all! Maybe some cat food might have been a better gift...:rotfl:

Lovely hamper!! & really loving the bag!!!! :D

Thanks everyone! Alison loved it too & I had a great time playing with the kittens on Saturday (and Wednesday!-Couldn't keep away).

Now planning a car themed hamper for a friend who's currently taking driving lessons. Got a sat 'nag' on order from Play, and have an ice scraper that you can keep in your wallet. Also have a hands free phone set in my pressie drawer somewhere. Got my mum checking The Works for a cheap road map and will have a look in Wilkinsons for some car cleaning stuff. Any other ideas?

I got quite a few things from the Boots 75% off sale in store and have spectacularly failed to give them away, I have a fondue set and an ice cream set where the inside bits are labelled as going off in June so I need to split them before I give them as a present. I am thinking of doing a pudding/ice cream hamper for a friend's birthday. I have a tall 'glass' with a funky spoon and some sprinkles, any ideas on other stuff? obviously I can't do ice cream as it needs to travel with me and might be a little squishy by then :)

What about wafers and cones, perhaps glace cherries? Ice cream recipe book? How about a voucher for Tesco or somewhere to buy ice cream with?

Hi Sian...I didn't know you cared so much for our friendship, as to give me lushiss ice-cream hampers :rotfl:
Anyhoo! What about those cafe curl thingies that look like chocolate straws; boudiore[sp!] fan shaped wafers; brandy snap baskets; flakes; those narrow dishes you make banana splits in; amaretti biscuits.....my address is 2 :p

How about this little ice cream book, there's probably a free delivery code somewhere...

    I need ideas....

It's my mum's birthday soon and I really don't have much money to spend, but want to give her something nice nevertheless.

First I'm giving her a photo album with some photos in of our cat who passed away around a year ago and it was really hard for all of us. Any suggestions what I could put with it? Can be cat related or not, aslong as they're not going to majorly clash.
